The authority was given by the creator of HAPPI Program, Prof. Masayoshi Takahashi who was the Director of “Institute of International Relations and Area Study” Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto –Japan.

The program was started in Japan in 1986 as - PPROF - which was applied on SEIKO the famous watch manufacturer, after that it became a world wide program when the UNDP - United Nation Development Program adopted this program with cooperation from JICA, WORLD BANK to be applied in Eastern Europe countries to enter the European Union and also to be applied in 12 African countries to strengthen the companies for entering the global market.

This program consist of 20 keys which is the international name of this program and each key has 5 levels and it helps the company to know where it stands and where is the aim level that the company should achieve in a certain period of time to get along with all the changes in the world of business and be competitive with other companies in an open market.
